David L. Bell, MD, DDS

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

David L. Bell, MD, DDS, is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Holding both medical and dental degrees, he completed fellowship training in oral and maxillofacial surgery and a general surgery residency at UCSF Fresno. During more than a decade as a partner with Kaiser Permanente in Southern California, he performed over 1,600 orthognathic surgery procedures. His practice also covers facial trauma, surgical reconstruction of post-traumatic facial deformities, and surgical pathology. He is a Fellow of both the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and sees patients at offices in Costa Mesa and Orange, California.
