Homan Mahallati, DO
Homan Mahallati, DO, is a sports medicine specialist board certified in primary care sports medicine, family and osteopathic medicine, and family practice. He completed his sports medicine fellowship at Chino Valley Medical Center and his family practice residency and internship at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills, where he has served as a community and sports medicine faculty physician since 2009. Dr. Mahallati earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, and his Bachelor of Science in psychobiology from UCLA. He has extensive experience as an event and team physician across high school, collegiate, amateur, and minor league athletics, and is a member of the California Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association of Sports Medicine.
