Kelli McSwan, Ph.D., CBIST
Kelli McSwan, Ph.D., is a clinical neuropsychologist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist who has worked in traumatic brain injury assessment and rehabilitation throughout her career. She completed an APA-approved post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences and has taught, published, and presented nationally on TBI and TBI assessment. Dr. McSwan has worked with patients across post-acute rehabilitation, veteran poly-trauma teams, and complex cases involving TBI, spinal cord injury, and stroke, and currently practices at Rancho Los Amigos Centers for Rehabilitation. As a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer, she has trained and certified multidisciplinary clinical teams, and since 2002 she has worked in the medico-legal arena as both an expert and a clinical treater. She is also involved in the teaching and supervision of doctoral students, interns, and fellows, and sees patients in Costa Mesa, California.
