Reza Jazayeri, MD, is a double board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist focused on helping patients restore movement, recover from injuries, and stay active long term. He brings advanced expertise in shoulder, knee, and elbow conditions, combining precision surgical care with a comprehensive approach to musculoskeletal health. Dr. Jazayeri completed his orthopedic surgery residency at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and specialized sports medicine training at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic. After more than 15 years within one of Southern California’s largest healthcare systems, he expanded his practice to focus on personalized orthopedic care, and also serves as Director of Longevity at DOCS Health, developing strategies for joint preservation, regenerative medicine, and long-term physical health. He sees patients in Costa Mesa, California.
