Samuel Salcedo, MD, FASC
Samuel Salcedo, MD, FASC, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, with particular emphasis on breast reconstruction. Dr. Salcedo completed both medical school and plastic surgery residency at Loma Linda University, serving as chief resident in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Salcedo serves as teaching faculty in the Riverside Community Hospital and UCR General Surgery Residency Program and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California Riverside School of Medicine. Active in research, Dr. Salcedo has published and presented widely on breast and abdominal wall reconstruction at national plastic surgery meetings. Patients are seen at offices in Costa Mesa and Orange, California.
